The Invoice Health Overview section displays key metrics such as the number of settled
invoices, generated invoice count, failed invoice runs, draft invoices, failed invoices, and
revenue transaction error logs. These metrics help teams monitor the overall health of the
invoicing process.
Invoice Health section provides insights into pending invoices and their reasons, invoice
failure rate, average invoice age, and tax generation failure count. This section helps identify
processing delays and operational inefficiencies.
Invoice Pipeline chart visualizes invoice progression across various stages such as
cancelled, draft, in progress, and error. This helps users understand invoice flow and detect
issues early in the billing cycle.
Aging chart shows the aging of invoices by overdue amount and time, helping teams categorize
invoices as on track, at risk, or critical. Filters allow users to refine the view based on
invoice age and overdue status.
Invoice Failure Reasons chart categorizing invoice failures by reason and RTEL (Revenue
Transaction Error Log) category, helping users pinpoint root causes and reduce recurring
issues.
Credit Memo Status chart shows the count of credit memos by status, providing visibility into
open and closed credit-related activities.
Invoice Details table lists individual invoice records with details such as invoice ID, run
date, invoice and settlement status, days open, days overdue, and aging category. This table
supports detailed tracking and follow-up.
