| Invoices Settled | Measures the number of invoices that have been paid or closed. | Count of settled invoices. |
| Invoices Generated | The number of invoices generated during a billing cycle. | Count of all invoices issued. |
| Failed Invoices | The number of invoices that failed due to system errors or other issues. | Count of invoices that failed. |
| Disputes | The number of invoices that have been disputed by customers. | Count of disputed invoices. |
| Failed Invoice Run | Tracks the number of failed invoice runs in the system. | Count of failed invoice batches. |
| Average Invoice Age | The average number of days that invoices have been outstanding. | (Sum of days outstanding for all invoices) / total number of invoices. |
| Invoice Failure Rate | The percentage of invoices that failed in the system. | (Failed invoices / Total invoices) x 100 |
