Filter the data in the Overview dashboard by region, account, product, and time period to get
personalized and targeted analysis.
The Revenue Recognition Overview section highlights key financial metrics including annual
recurring revenue, total revenue, net receivables, number of accounts, monthly recurring
revenue, invoice count, and renewal rate. Use these insights to understand overall billing
performance, monitor revenue growth, and improve forecasting.
The Billing Insights section provides charts on revenue trends and account activity based on
monthly recurring revenue changes, unbilled orders, and net billed amounts. These insights help
users identify billing inefficiencies, improve collection strategies, and improve revenue
operation strategies.
The Accounts and Invoices section provides charts on monthly active accounts and Days Sales
Outstanding (DSO), along with counts of newly added and churned accounts. These insights help
track customer base changes, assess billing efficiency, and monitor payment collection
timelines.
The Tax Generation Failure Trends section provides a time-based chart of tax calculation
failures, with options to view data by month, quarter, or year. The chart helps identify
patterns in tax processing issues over time, enabling teams to address root causes and improve
billing accuracy.
