| Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) | Measures the annual value of all recurring revenues. | Sum of annual recurring revenue across all accounts. |
| Total Revenue | The total revenue generated from all billing transactions. | Sum of all invoice amounts. |
| Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) | Measures the monthly recurring revenue from subscriptions or services. | Sum of all recurring charges billed monthly. |
| Net Receivables | The total amount owed by customers after deductions for returns or allowances. | Total invoices minus any adjustments (e.g., credits). |
| Renewal Rate | The percentage of customers who renew their contracts or subscriptions. | (Number of renewals / Total number of customers) x 100. |
| Accounts | The total number of active customer accounts within the selected time period. | Count of unique active billing accounts. |
