customers to your organization’s overall revenue and margin. Identify your most valuable customers
and understand their impact on business performance.

Apply filters such as country, state, primary industry, account type, account name, category
name, product name, and report date to focus the analysis on specific customer segments.
The dashboard includes four analysis tabs: Revenue, Cost, Margin, and Margin Percentage, to
evaluate customer performance from different financial perspectives.
The Key Customers by Contribution chart visualizes top customers based on the selected
metric—revenue, cost, margin, or margin percentage—to spotlight the most financially impactful
accounts.
The Trending Products for Customers displays trending products among top customers, based on
revenue, cost, margin, or margin percentage. This helps identify which products are driving
profitability across customer segments.
The Price Details table shows the metrics by account and product, including total net
revenue, revenue and cost contributions, total margin, margin contribution, and average margin
percentage.
Example A Pricing Analyst can use the Customer Analysis dashboard to assess which customers
contribute the most to profit, identify high-margin accounts, and determine which customer
segments to prioritize for future pricing strategies or retention efforts.
