Configure Access to Revenue Management Intelligence
Assign permissions to view and manage Revenue Management Intelligence.
Required Editions

To use the Billing Analytics feature, you must have the the Revenue Cloud Advanced license and the Revenue Cloud Billing license of Revenue Management. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more information. |

| To ingest objects and fields: | Data Cloud Architect AND View All Records and Read permission on the object being ingested. AND Data Cloud Salesforce Connector |
In your Salesforce org, assign Read and View All permissions to the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set to ingest data from different functional areas of Agentforce Revenue Management.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and select Permission Sets.
- Select Data Cloud Salesforce Connector.
- To update the system settings to ingest Agentforce Revenue Management data, select System Permissions.
- Select Edit.

To ingest Salesforce Pricing data, enable access to the these system permissions.
- Salesforce Pricing: Run time user
- Create Orders from Quotes
- Manage Revenue Cloud
- To ingest Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator data, enable access to the System Administrator access for DRO system permission.

To ingest Billing data, enable access to these permission sets.
- Configure Billing Settings
- Create Orders from Quotes
- Manage Billing
- Manage Billing Access
- Manage Revenue Cloud
- Run Data Processing Engine Definitions for Billing
- View All Data
- View All Fields (Global)
- Save your changes.
- To grant Read and View All Records permissions to all objects and fields in the Revenue Management Intelligence data kit, from Apps, select Object Settings.
- Select the object that you want to ingest into Data 360.
- To change the object permissions, select Edit.
- Under Object Permissions, select the Read and View All Records permissions for the object.
- Under Field Permissions, select Read Access for all the fields associated with the object.
- Save your changes.
- Similarly, modify the permissions for all the objects that you want to ingest into Data 360.

Note To use Data
Governance features, grant permissions to the listed objects per your chosen policy according to
Assign Data Access. If you have more than one data space,
you must grant access to objects in each data space. Object names in non default data spaces
follow the convention of <DataSpace Prefix>_<Object Name>.
