Filter the data in this dashboard by Account Name, Product Name, Order Start Date, and Time
Period to gain a personalized and focused view of order fulfillment performance.
The Overall KPIs section in both the Orders and Tasks tabs highlights critical metrics
including total orders or tasks, failed orders or tasks, and those in jeopardy. These KPIs
provide a high-level snapshot of the operational health of the fulfillment process, helping
teams act quickly on potential issues.
The Order and Task Analysis section includes visual charts that display order distribution by
order status and task distribution by task status. This helps fulfillment teams identify process
bottlenecks, track task execution, and monitor real-time status across the fulfillment
lifecycle.
In the Milestone Analysis section, the Order Distribution by Milestone Reached chart
visualizes how orders are progressing through fulfillment milestones. Users can sort this chart
by step type (e.g., Manual, System) to better understand where delays or issues may be
occurring.
The Order Distribution Table provides a detailed view of individual orders. For each order
number, it lists the associated fulfillment steps, jeopardy status, step state, and type. This
table allows fulfillment operators to track specific order progress and identify exceptions or
delays at a granular level.
Example A fulfillment manager notices a spike in Orders in Jeopardy and uses the dashboard to
drill into affected milestones, identify delays, and reallocate resources to minimize fallout.
