| List Price | The standard price set for a product before any adjustments. | The baseline price before applying any discounts or rebates. |
| Discount | The reduction applied to the list price as part of a pricing strategy or deal negotiation. | List Price – Net Price |
| Net Price | The final transaction price after applying all discounts. | List Price – Discount |
| Product Cost | The cost to produce or deliver the product or service. | Direct cost associated with the product (e.g., materials, labor, etc.). |
