            Revenue Management Intelligence for Revenue Management

            Revenue Management Intelligence offers a comprehensive suite of Tableau Einstein dashboards to assess revenue strategies and achieve cost-effective results. Integrated with Data 360, the dashboards feature detailed data visualizations and analysis of key performance indicators, enhancing the efficiency of revenue strategies. Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud)uses analytics across all functional areas of Revenue Management to create a smarter, more efficient product-to-cash solution.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud.

            To use the Billing Analytics feature, you must have the the Revenue Cloud Advanced license and the Revenue Cloud Billing license of Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud). Contact your Salesforce account executive for more information.

            Note The portions of the Services and features branded as Tableau Einstein are provided on separate infrastructure: (i) may involve privacy and security protections that are different than your other services; (ii) may be hosted in physical locations that are different than your other services; and (iii) are further described in the Salesforce Trust and Compliance Documentation. This feature requires Customer has a Customer Data Cloud subscription and consumes Data Services Credits.

            User Permissions Needed
            To install the Revenue Management Intelligence dashboards (Permission Sets can be added during setup):

            Data Cloud Architect

            AND

            Data Pipeline Base User

            AND

            Any admin or design time user permission set in Revenue Management
            To use Revenue Management Intelligence:

            Any admin or design time user permission set in Revenue Management

            AND

            Tableau Next Limited Consumer

            The Revenue Management Intelligence setup creates custom dashboards for each functional area of Revenue Management. These dashboards provide real-time guidance for sales reps, leverage transactional data for insights, and enable revenue and profitability monitoring.

            • Set Up Revenue Management Intelligence
              To access dashboards and analytics for all functional areas in Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud) workstreams, set up Revenue Management Intelligence.
            • Install Revenue Management Intelligence Apps
              After your Revenue Management Intelligence data is ingested into Data 360, you’re ready to install the apps to help you get insights on all your product-to-cash data generated in Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud).
            • Revenue Management Intelligence Dashboards
              Use the analytics dashboards for Revenue Management (formerly Revenue Cloud) to gain comprehensive visibility into your revenue operations across billing, pricing, order management, and subscription business models. These dashboards consolidate key performance metrics into actionable visual insights, empowering sales, finance, and operations teams to track trends, optimize revenue processes, and make data-driven decisions. Each analytics app provides targeted dashboards designed to highlight critical data for specific roles and functions within the revenue lifecycle.
