          Turn On Configuration Logs

          Select a configuration log in the Revenue Cloud Operations Console app to view data on configuration performance.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions of Agentforce Revenue Management
          User Permissions Needed
          To use configuration logs: Product configuration Constraints Designer
          1. To turn on configuration logs, complete one of these steps.
            1. In Product Configurator, set Configuration Logs to Enabled, then save the configuration.
            2. In Product Catalog Management, select Configuration Logs button.
            3. In Transaction Line Editor, select the Configure with Logging line item action.
          2. Open the Revenue Cloud Operations Console app from the App Launcher.
          3. On the Home tab, click the Configuration Logs tile.
          4. In the Configuration Logs tab, select the timestamp for a configuration log to view data on engine actions performed and the reactions that resulted.

            The Configuration Logs tab shows performance data for a selected configuration, including engine actions, engine action statistics, reactions, reaction details, and reaction statistics.
