Design a Promotion in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta)
Create a promotion for simple products, bundled products, or all products in a category based on product selling models and other eligibility criteria.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Promotions & Offers.
- Click New Promotion.

Enter the primary details, and then click Next.

Note You can’t select a loyalty program when creating a promotion in Agentforce Revenue Management. -
Define the promotion’s eligibility.
- If your admin has configured channels, you can specify on which channels to offer the promotion.
- Select the customer groups.

To create a manual promotion, turn on Do you want to add coupons to the
promotion?, and create an active coupon.
If you don’t turn on the setting, Agentforce Revenue Management applies the promotion automatically to eligible lines. If you turn on the setting, but don’t specify a valid coupon, Agentforce Revenue Management doesn’t show or apply the promotion.
- Click Next.
For information, see Define Promotion Eligibility. - Click Get Discount + Rewards on X (Based on Selling Model), and then click Next.

Enter priority and rule name, configure the template, and then click
Next.
- When creating a promotion for bundled products, if you select a child product or category that’s not part of the bundle, users can’t apply the promotion.
- The discount value is automatically rounded off to 3 decimal places.

Review the details, save your changes, and activate the promotion.

Use the Get Discount + Rewards on X (Based on Selling Model) template to offer amount or percentage discounts on products and categories based on a product selling model. When users apply a promotion to a subscription-based product, Agentforce Revenue Management applies discounts to the entire subscription term.
