Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta)
Use promotions to boost sales and influence buying decisions. With promotions, pricing
designers offer granular discounts on products and categories. They also define promotion
eligibility based on product selling models and channels, and specify how to apply multiple
eligible promotions. Sales reps, partners, and customers can apply promotions when managing
quotes, orders, and assets.

Set Up Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta) Turn on Promotions for Transactions so your pricing designers can create promotions and users, such as sales reps, partners, and customers, can apply them to transactions.
Design Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta) Pricing designers can offer percentage and amount discounts on simple products, bundled products, and categories. You can also specify evaluation methods, scope, and application type.
