Modify Configurator Flows to Show Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta)

Flows control the ability to see and apply eligible promotions. Modify each configurator flow that you use.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Agentforce Revenue Management with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license, and the Global Promotions Management Basic Add-On license or Loyalty Management - Growth or Advanced license.

User Permissions Needed
To modify product configurator flows:	Product Configurator

In Setup, find and select Flows.
Open a product configurator flow.
The default is Default Product Configurator Flow. See Explore the Product Configurator Flow.
Modify each element that contains the Product Configurator Product Header component.
1. Click the element.
  In the default flow, click S01_ProductConfiguratorUI.
2. Click the Product Configurator Product Header component.
  
  In the default flow, the component label is S01_Header.
3. For Eligible Promotions, specify the eligible promotions value.
  
  In the default flow, the value is {!S01_DataManager.eligiblePromotions}.
Modify each element that contains the Product Configurator Summary component.
1. Click the element.
  In the default flow, click S01_ProductConfiguratorUI.
2. Click the Product Configurator Summary component.
  
  In the default flow, the component label is S01_Summary.
3. For Eligible Promotions, specify the eligible promotions value.
  
  In the default flow, the value is {!S01_DataManager.eligiblePromotions}.
