          Set Up Channel-Based Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta)

          Complete this optional channel setup if you want pricing designers to define promotion eligibility based on channels. After you complete this setup, Agentforce Revenue Management shows promotions to sales reps, partners, and customers only when they perform transactions from the eligible channels. To set up channels, create a custom field that stores the channel type, and then map the field to your context definitions.

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Agentforce Revenue Management with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license, and the Global Promotions Management Basic Add-On license or Loyalty Management - Growth or Advanced license.
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize context definitions: Context Service Admin

          Let’s say a company offers sales through channels, such as in-person, phone, and website. With channels, they can provide different promotions based on where the sale occurs.
