View or Apply Promotions in Agentforce Revenue Management (Beta)
View and apply eligible promotions at different stages of the transaction lifecycle. Promotion availability depends on factors such as product selling models and sales channels.

- Considerations to Amend, Renew, or Cancel Assets
To use promotions effectively when you amend, renew, or cancel assets, familiarize yourself with these considerations.
View Promotions in the Browse Catalogs Window
The Browse Catalogs window shows eligible promotions for categories and products. For products, it shows product and category promotions.
Here are the considerations for promotions in the Browse Catalogs window.
- It shows only the promotions for root products.

It shows up to 5 eligible promotions for a product. However, there’s no limit on the number of promotions that your product designers can configure or the promotions you can apply.
To increase this limit to show up to 10 eligible promotions, contact Salesforce Customer Support.
- By default, it shows promotions based on the currency of the account selected for a transaction. However, your administrator can configure settings to show promotions based on the transaction currency.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Quotes or Orders.
- Click Browse Catalogs.
- To see the list of eligible promotions for a product or a category, click the corresponding promotions button.
Apply Promotions from Product Configurator
View the list of promotions and apply promotions from product configurator.

Open the product configurator.
The Product Configurator window shows the number of available promotions.

Click the number to see the list of available promotions and their details.
For bundled products, the configurator shows only the eligible promotions for the root product. To apply manual promotions to child products, use the side panel on Transaction Line Editor.

To apply a promotion, turn on the toggle next to it.
The summary section shows the number of applied promotions.
Apply Promotions from Transaction Line Editor
See available promotions and apply manual promotions by using the side panel.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Quotes or Orders.
- Add products to the quote or order.

Click a product name.
The side panel appears.

Open the Promotions tab.
The tab shows the list of eligible promotions.
- To apply a promotion, turn on the toggle next to it.
- To see the price waterfall for a line item, hover over its net unit price.
View Promotions on Managed Assets
See promotions and the details of the promotions that are applied to managed assets.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Accounts or Contracts.
- Click a record.
- Open the Assets tab.

To see promotion details in the side panel, click an asset name, and then click the
Promotions tab.
The tab shows the list of applied promotions.

If necessary, view promotions in the related list.

Click
next to the asset and select View.

Open the Related Lists tab.
The Asset Action Source Price Adjustment related list shows applied promotions.
