The Rate Adjustment Matrix element calculates the rate of a usage resource based on the discounts configured for a set of custom conditions.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license

Create rating rules for a usage resource rated differently in different parts of the world. For example, data storage can be rated differently in Europe compared to the rest of the world, depending on service costs, taxes, and other government regulations.

Rate Adjustment Matrix Variables
To calculate discounts, use the RateManagementContext context definition and relate it to a custom rate adjustment matrix.
