For Salesforce Contracts, your implementation team must consist of staff or consultants who have:
Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution blocks with minimal customizations.
Experience in Salesforce Administration.
Expertise in Omnistudio, Context Services, Business Rules Engine, and Decision Tables.
Expertise in Salesforce Integration, including REST APIs.
Familiarity with developer tools such as IDX Workbench, Postman, Amazon API Gateway, GraphQL, and IBM API Connect.
Experience in Apex and Lightning Web Component development.
Experience in Data Cloud.
Experience in Microsoft 365 Azure, Docusign, and Amazon Web Services.
