Enable Customer Community Plus for Salesforce Contracts Setting
For the Customer Community Plus users to access contracts via APIs, their org must be provisioned with the Customer Community Plus licenses. Also, Salesforce admins must enable the Customer Community Plus for Salesforce Contracts setting.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, Professional, and Developer editions.
How: To enable this setting, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Lifecycle Management, select General Settings, and then select Customer Community Plus for Salesforce Contracts.
