          Reviewer Actions in External Reviews

An external reviewer can initiate the review process by clicking the review link in the email received from the contract author. This occurs when the reviewer is added in the Initiate External review process.

The link opens on a new tab, prompting the external reviewer to enter an authentication code. The reviewer logs in using the company domain name provided by the contract author. When they log in, the document to be reviewed opens for the external reviewer.

          Reviewers can:

          • Share the document with other users within their organization.
          • Accept and reject changes.
          • View the section or clauses and navigate to the changes. Accept or reject document changes.
          • Filter changes by sections or clauses.
          • Add comments and respond to the comments from other reviewers.
          • Filter comments and take appropriate actions. Filter by all reviewers or by individual reviewers and by sections or by clauses.
          • Add, delete, or update clauses directly in the document.
          • Add, update, or delete the content of a section.
          • Add, update, or delete content anywhere in the document.
          Note
Note Section name is not editable for external reviewers.
