In Internal Review
A Contract Reviewer can initiate the review process by clicking the review link in the email received from the contract author when the reviewer is added in the Initiate review process.
Reviewers can:
Accept and reject changes.
Insert, delete, or update clauses by using the document tab.
Note Only linked reviewers can add new clauses.View the sections or clauses with changes, and the changes that have been accepted and rejected under the Changes tab.
View changes made by other reviewers, and the changes that have been accepted and rejected by other reviewers.
View the section or clauses with changes and navigate to that location. Accept or reject document changes.
Filter changes by sections or clauses.
View and filter the comments by sections or clauses under the Comments tab.
Add comments and respond to the comments from other reviewers.
Filter comments and take appropriate actions. Filter by all reviewers or by individual reviewers and by sections or by clauses.
Reviewers can click the Mark as Complete button to indicate the completion of their review.
