Internal Review in Salesforce Contracts

Internal review enables authorized team members to analyze and verify contract information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

The contract review process begins internally within Salesforce. Authorized reviewers can access the contract record and thoroughly analyze its various components, such as payment terms, legal clauses, commercial terms, and duration periods. Internal review includes these tasks:

Note The contract author can re-initiate the review process for further reviews and involve specific reviewers in the process.

• Initiate Internal Review
  Internal review enables authorized team members to analyze and verify contract information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Contract authors can initiate an internal review from Salesforce only if the contract version is created by using the Create Contract in Microsoft 365 option.
• In Internal Review
  A Contract Reviewer can initiate the review process by clicking the review link in the email received from the contract author when the reviewer is added in the Initiate review process.
• View Review Status and Cancel Internal Review
  Contract authors can check the review status and check whether all reviewer changes and comments are addressed.
