Obligation Management Personas and Supported Actions

Obligation personas that support obligation management are obligation manager, obligation assignee, obligation user, digital experience manager, digital experience assignee and digital experience user.

Persona Actions
Obligation Manager

  • Create, Read, Update, Delete

  • Clone

  • Add tasks

  • Filter obligations by state and party

  • Assign and change owners

  • Monitor obligation status for contracts

  • Review contracts with obligations post contract activation. Only the obligation manager who's assigned to the obligation can change the obligation owner.
Obligation Assignee (Owner)

  • Read

  • Monitor assigned tasks

  • Update the status and status change reason fields in an obligation

  • Filter obligations by state and party

  • Add tasks
Obligation User
