Salesforce Contracts Spring '23 Release Notes

For Spring '23, Salesforce Contracts has introduced custom contract actions, and throttling to maintain the consistency and resilience of Omnistudio server-side document generation service. Salesforce Contracts now supports digital experience partner users.

• Use Custom Actions To Change Contract Status
  Contract actions perform a predefined action and change the contract’s status between two valid states. Now, you can configure and use custom contract actions along with the predefined dynamic (contract) actions. You can create custom actions by using an Apex Class or Omniscript.
• Maintain the Consistency and Resilience of Server-Side Document Generation
  Use throttling to manage the incoming server-side document generation requests. Throttling also prevents degradation of the document generation service due to the high volume of requests during certain hours. You must be on Spring ‘23 Omnistudio Document Generation release.
• Generate Contract Documents On Digital Experience Partner Sites
  Now you can generate contract documents and manage contract lifecycles on Digital Experience Partner sites.
