          Send Survey Invitations to Patients

          Invite patients to participate in a survey by sending them a link in an email. Create that email using an email template.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To view Setup and Configuration for Surveys: Read, Create, Edit, and Delete on Surveys, Survey Invitations, Survey Responses, and Survey Subjects
          To give end users the ability to read and respond to surveys:

          Read on Surveys, Survey Invitations

          AND

          Read and Create on Survey Responses

          1. In Setup, find the admin permission set you want to edit, by entering Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, then selecting Permission Sets.
          2. Assign these permissions to the profiles that administer surveys
            1. Read for the Surveys object.
            2. Read, Create, Edit, and Delete for the Survey Invitations object.
          3. Next, give end users the ability to read and respond to surveys. In the Patient tab, click Care Plans | Care team | Add member to community
          4. On the Contact page, under Change Record Type, click Enable Customer User. Select Customer Community Plus for the profile.
          5. Assign these permissions to the Customer Community Plus profile:
            1. Read for the Surveys object.
            2. Read for the Survey Invitations object.
            3. Create, Read, and Update for the Survey Responses object.
