            Set Feedback Survey Permissions

            To enable users to use surveys, provide permission sets and site member access to the survey-related objects.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure Surveys: Read, Create, Edit, and Delete access on Surveys, Survey Invitations, Survey Responses, and Survey Subjects
            1. To find the list of delivered permission sets, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, then select Permission Sets.
            2. Clone Health Cloud Admin and enter a new name for the cloned permission set.
            3. From Object Settings of the cloned permission set, give the admin permission set the ability to create and distribute assessments.
              • Surveys: Read
              • Survey Invitations: Read, Create, Edit, Delete
              • Survey Responses: No Access
            4. Save your changes.
              Make sure to assign the cloned permission set to your users.
