            Create a Product Usage Resource Policy

            Define the policies that apply when a usage resource is associated with a sellable product. After the product is sold, these rules automatically apply to the resource. The policies you select here override the policies defined in the individual usage resource policy record.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license or the Revenue Cloud Billing license
            User Permissions Needed
            To create product usage resource policies: Usage Management Designer
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Product Usage Resource Policies.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select a product usage resource.
            4. If necessary, select a product selling model.
            5. Select rating frequency policy, usage aggregation policy, usage commitment policy, and usage overage policy for the selected product usage resource.
            6. Save your changes.
