Give your customers a way to independently track their balances, usage, and
entitlements. To set up the wallet interface, configure the required Experience Cloud security
settings and add the Wallet view to your site’s navigation menu. This feature is available to
users with Customer Community or Partner Community licenses.
Add Wallet Components to Record Pages Configure record layouts in Experience Cloud to show wallet balances, usage, and entitlement data for your customers.
Set Up Navigation for Wallets By using the Billing self-service portal, configure the navigation menu to include the Wallets page.
Configure Security for External Access
Set up the components and navigation required for external users to view their wallet
information in Experience Cloud.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, and
then select Sharing Settings.
For both Usage Resource and Binding Object Custom Extension, set the Default External
Access to Public Read-Only.
