authorization requests that are most important to you. The app shows all open cases, so that
you can easily identify high priority and urgent requests, and take appropriate action
effectively.

The app’s home page provides a quick and unified snapshot to help you start and plan your
day for effective operation. From the home page, you can:
Use quick access links to navigate to Cases, Care Requests, Care Request Items, and
more
Create case records, and easily view details of or edit existing cases
Create and submit authorization requests
View and sort authorization requests by case status, priority, or the requested date and
time
Search and retrieve case records
View a list of tasks and events scheduled for you for the current day
Change the case owner to reassign requests to another user
