            Before submitting an authorization request, you see an overview where you can override the document status and add notes or observations.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To review the request: Health Cloud Utilization Management, OmniStudio User, and RuleEngine Runtime permission sets

            When you’re done reviewing the request, click Submit. A case record is created for the authorization request.
