You can have up to 100 Experience Cloud sites in your Salesforce org. Active, inactive, and preview sites, including Visualforce sites, count against this limit.

To see this limit in your org, from Setup enter Digital Experiences in the Quick Find box, then select All Sites. The Maximum number of sites (including active, inactive, and preview) field displays 100. Archived sites don’t count against this limit.
