Configure Einstein Scoring Splits
Use the Einstein Scoring Split activity in Journey Builder to segment customers into logical split paths according to prebuilt Einstein personas. Each persona is built on engagement score segments.
Journey Builder adds a remainder path for contacts that don’t belong in the split paths you add.
- Drag the Scoring Split activity onto the canvas.
- Click the activity.
- Select a channel according to the type of message activity that you plan to use.
- Select a split option and click Next.
- Click Add Path for each segment you want to include as a path in the journey. To remove a path that you added, click Delete.
