The United States and Canada SMS short and long codes that you use in Marketing Cloud Engagement are now supported for next-gen messaging. Close deals quickly and accurately measure ad spend effectiveness with new WhatsApp integration capabilities. You can now automatically track inbound WhatsApp conversations from your Meta ads and send payment options to customers in India directly within a chat. - Explore New AI Capabilities
