Copy and Reuse a Message
Once you copy a message in MobileConnect, you can make further edits and send the SMS or MMS message as necessary.
While you cannot activate an inactive message, you can create an active copy of that message. Any tracking information related to the new message does not affect tracking information from the original message. While you cannot activate an inactive message, you can create an active copy of that message.
- In Overview, select the message to change.
- Click Copy.
- Enter a new name for the message.
- Click Copy.
