Generate HTML code that you can use to deliver personalized recommendations to campaign recipients. After generating the HTML code, insert it into the Open Time Email campaign in your email marketing service.
Required Editions
Create an Open Time Email campaign.
Permissions Needed
To create HTML code:
A role with Campaign Create/Edit permissions
In the Channels & Campaigns section of the main
navigation, select Email | Open Time Campaigns.
Select the email campaign and click Publish & Generate HTML.
Copy the HTML code and paste it into the email template in your email system.
Note Depending on your email marketing service, you might need only the URLs of your Open Time Email campaign rather than the HTML code that Personalization generates.
When your email template is complete, test it in your email marketing service with the same users you used to simulate email content. Make sure that your test group contains representative profiles similar to your opt-in list so you can realistically simulate the results.
