          Configure the Identity System for Open Time Email

          Set up the identity system for open time email.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
          To configure the identity system: A role with Administrator permissions
          1. From the main navigation, select Settings | General Setup.
          2. Expand Advanced Options.
          3. Select the Open Time Email Campaigns - Enable Identity resolution option.
          4. Select the identity type from the dropdown.
            Note
            Note If you have active Open Time Email campaigns, changing this setting can impact the content that appears for those campaigns.
          5. Click Save.
