Enable Marketing Cloud Personalization and Salesforce Personalization Coexistence

Marketing Cloud Personalization and Salesforce Personalization both use different Web SDKs. For these apps to operate together, you must enable them to coexist on the same website.

1. From Setup, click Personalization Setup.
2. In the Marketing Cloud Next: Enable SDK Website Coexistence section, click Enable.

   Enabling SDK website coexistence makes namespace changes in the Data 360 module of the Salesforce Interaction SDK, the Personalization module, and the Salesforce Web Personalization Manager. With these modifications, Marketing Cloud Personalization customers can ingest data natively into Data 360, and use Salesforce Personalization features and Marketing Cloud Personalization campaigns together.

   You can disable this feature at any time.
