          Add a Mobile Push Frequency

          To prevent spamming a mobile app user with excessive alerts from a Mobile Push campaign, you can limit the number of notifications a user can receive within a certain time frame.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Premium Edition
          Permissions Needed
          To add a mobile push frequency: A role with Administrator permissions
          1. In the Channels & Campaigns section of the main navigation, select Mobile | Mobile Push Settings.
          2. To change the default value from Daily, click the dropdown and select one of the following options:
            • All time
            • Hourly
            • Weekly
            • Monthly
            • Custom
          3. Enter a number in the Limit of field.
          4. To add frequency limits, click +New Frequency Limit.
          5. Click Save.
