            Create a Segment Based on Third-Party Integrations

            Create segments for your campaigns using any third-party integrations you have set up within the Personalization system.

            Required Editions

            Permissions Needed
            To create a segment: A role with Segments Create/Edit permissions

            This category is available only if you have a first-class third-party email provider syncing with the Personalization system.

            1. In the Audiences section of the main navigation, select User Segments | User Segments.
            2. Click New Segment.
            3. Enter a Segment Name that describes its purpose.
            4. Select Thirdparty from the Select Category dropdown.
            5. The External ID option appears in the Select Rule dropdown.
            6. Select has or does not have.
            7. Select the third-party integration product.
            8. Click Save.
