          Delete User Data Captured by Personalization

          Delete any data captured by Personalization from user interactions in channels.

          Required Editions

          Permissions Needed
          To delete user data: A role with User/Account Profile > Delete permissions
          1. Select the production dataset associated with the individual that you want to delete.
          2. On the main navigation, select User Segments | All Users.
          3. Alternatively, if you know that the user is a member of a specific segment, select User Segments | User Segments and find the segment.
          4. For filter by keyword, enter the individual’s user ID or email address until you locate the user record.
          5. Select the user, and click Delete User.
