            Edit User Data Captured by Personalization

            Modify data captured by Personalization from user interactions in channels.

            Required Editions

            Permissions Needed
            To edit user data: A role with User/Account Profile > Create/Edit permissions
            1. Select the production dataset associated with the individual that you want to modify.
            2. On the main navigation, select User Segments | All Users.
            3. Alternatively, if you know that the user is a member of a specific segment, select User Segments | User Segments and find the segment.
            4. For filter by keyword, enter the individual’s user ID or email address until you locate the user record.
            5. Highlight the user and click Details.
              1. On the Overview tab, select the detail or attribute and make the change.
              2. Save changes by clicking the check mark.
