Your Marketing Cloud Personalization account includes a set of built-in global
templates that you can use to deliver personalized experiences and activation campaigns to
your website users. Each template is a starting framework that your developer can modify to
create custom templates that support your organization’s needs.
Required Editions
Permissions Needed
To view web campaign templates:
A role with Templates > View permissions
Navigate to your website that has the templates you want to view.
Click the Extensions icon in your browser’s toolbar and select Salesforce Interactions SDK Launcher.
Enter your login credentials.
Turn on the Visual Editor option.
Select Templates > View List from the Visual Editor hexagon widget. Your custom templates appear on the Templates tab, and the built-in templates appear on the Global Templates tab.
Note Alternatively, rather than use the Visual Editor to view templates, you can
select Web > Web Templates from the Campaigns
& Campaigns section of the main navigation in
Personalization.
