Manage Marketing Needs
Account Engagement admins have access to tools that can help your marketing team get the most out of their efforts.
- Implement Tracking Code for Third-Party Cookies
If you still use third-party tracking, you can copy the code and place it on your web pages. Use tracking code only on high-value web pages like a product listing or landing page. - Allowing Multiple Prospects with the Same Email Address
Choose whether to use an email address or CRM ID as the unique identifier for your prospects. The identifier we use is based on whether the record was created via prospect import, the Salesforce connector, a form submission, or a third-party connector. This feature is enabled by default for business units created after June 14, 2016. - CSV Exports Table
The CSV Export table shows details and download links for recent exports. - Find the Sending IP Address
An Account Engagement admin can find the sending IP address for allowlisting in business unit settings. - Change Your Sending IP Type
Account Engagement Advanced and Premium editions come with a dedicated sending IP. If you send more than 250,000 emails per month, you’re required to use a dedicated sending IP. You can change the IP type in your business unit settings. - End an Editing Session
Admins can end an open editing session to unlock an engagement program, email, or template. - Add Default Mail Merge Values to Fields
Set up a default mail merge value to appear when there’s no value available for a prospect field. For example, set the First Name field to show 'Valued Customer' if the first name is missing from a prospect record. - Change the Currency Format
An admin can edit the default currency in your business unit. Currency is displayed in paid search and campaign reporting. - Restrict or Limit Iframing for Account Engagement Assets
To help secure your data, specify which web domains can render iframed Account Engagement forms and landing pages. You can restrict iframing completely, allow it only for specific domains, or have no restrictions. - Filtering Visitors
Use filters to exclude some types of visits, clicks, or other actions from your campaign results and email notifications. A common use is to exclude your company’s IP address to avoid skewing your reporting.
