          Data Usage and Limits

There are limits on objects in Account Engagement, such as mailable prospects, email templates, and landing pages. The limits for each object depend on your edition of Account Engagement. You can view your current usage and move objects to the recycle bin as needed.

          • Account Engagement Limits
Understand the maximum usage recommendations and limits in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. These recommendations are intended to optimize performance and avoid service disruptions. Some of these guidelines trigger warnings or exceptions if you exceed them, while others are suggestions for maintaining high performance.
          • Database Limits
Learn how mailable prospects count toward your database limit.
          • Check Business Unit Usage
Admins can find out what’s available in your business unit and where you stand on usage limits.
          • Use the Recycle Bin
When you delete an asset, it isn’t deleted. Instead, it’s moved to the recycle bin. You can restore most assets from the recycle bin. You can’t empty the recycle bin.
          • Review External Actions Usage
Third-party app extensions use the Account Engagement API for External Actions for your Account Engagement automations. All accounts have a database limit of 100,000 third-party app extension calls per day, starting at 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, based on your business unit time zone. You can review your external usage to ensure that you don’t exceed your database limit.
          • Monitor External Actions Errors
Identify, diagnose, and resolve errors from third-party apps tied to your Account Engagement automations using the External Actions Error Table.
