You can send emails to test lists or directly to individual email addresses. The test
email contains an unsubscribe link to verify that it works. When you click the link, you see the
same confirmation that a prospect would see, but nothing changes in Account Engagement. Completion actions also don’t execute.

To create and send to email test lists:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
If you’re sending to a test list, create the list first.
Click Account Engagement Email, and then click
Drafts or Templates.
For the draft email or template you want to test, open the Testing tab.
For list email and email template drafts, click the and select Testing.
For published email templates, click the and select Edit. Then, click the
Testing tab.
From the Testing tab, add the recipients.
To send to a test list, click the Test Lists dropdown and
select a list.
To send to an individual email, enter the email address in the Individual Emails
section.
Depending on your recipient selections, click Send to test lists
or Send to Individual Emails.
Email opens and clicks are tracked for emails sent to test lists. However, they’re not
tracked for test emails sent directly to individual email addresses.
