Preview and Test Classic Emails

The classic email builder in Account Engagement includes tools to preview and test your email. You can send to test email lists, send individual test emails, and generate inbox previews across email clients.

• Create an Email Test List
  Use test lists to send your team the email that you’re working on before sending it to prospects. You can see how your merge fields populate and ensure that links are rewritten properly.
• Send Test Emails
  You can send emails to test lists or directly to individual email addresses. The test email contains an unsubscribe link to verify that it works. When you click the link, you see the same confirmation that a prospect would see, but nothing changes in Account Engagement. Completion actions also don’t execute.
• Test with Inbox Previews
  If you’re using the Advanced Email Analytics package for Account Engagement, you have access to expanded testing tools. You can preview how your email and subject line looks in different email clients and get a spam analysis for your content. Each inbox preview render is stored for 90 days from its creation date.
