          Copy Marketing Assets Between Account Engagement Business Units

          Share marketing assets, such as email templates, files, custom fields, and custom redirects, across business units without manually recreating them.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage access to Flow: Manage Flow
          To build and test a flow: Manage Flow
          To run a flow: Run Flow

          Before starting, add the Flow Lightning component to a Campaign page. If your Campaigns don’t have the required Flow component, see Add a Flow to a Lightning Page.

          Also, make sure to activate any remote sites needed to share your marketing assets.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flow.
          2. Under Process Automations, select Flows.
          3. Click Account Engagement Bulk Asset Copy Flow.
          4. From the Flow Builder, click Run.
          5. Under Select Business Units, choose the Source Business Unit to copy marketing assets from and the Destination Business Unit to add marketing assets to, and then click Next.
            If you’re copying between Sandbox business units, choose the Named Credentials first, click Next, and then choose the Source and Destination Business Units.
          6. Select the assets you want to copy from the Source Business Unit, and then click Next.
          7. Confirm you’ve selected the assets you want to copy, and then click Next.
          8. Click Finish.

          To find the copied marketing assets, go to your Destination Business Unit.
