Enable Copy to CMS for Account Engagement Business Units
To let marketers use their Account Engagement marketing content for future marketing
campaigns, enable copying assets to a CMS Marketing workspace in Salesforce. When you enable
copying assets, a new content workspace is created.

User Permissions Needed
To enable copying marketing content to a CMS workspace:
Account Engagement Administrator role
To copy marketing assets:
Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing
role
In Marketing Setup, enter Copy to CMS in the Quick Find box and
select Copy to CMS.
Next to the business unit that you want to grant access to, from the dropdown menu, select
Enable.
After you enable Copy to CMS, a new Marketing CMS workspace named “Content Workspace
for Marketing Cloud Account Engagement - Copied Content - [business unit name]” is created. The
B2BMA Integration user is added as a contributor to the workspace.
To avoid issues with
copying content, don’t change the workspace name. If you remove the B2BMA Integration user as
a contributor, you can’t copy marketing assets to the workspace.
