Copy Landing Pages from Your Account Engagement Business Unit to a CMS Workspace

Copy Landing Pages from Your Account Engagement Business Unit to a CMS Workspace

To use landing pages in future marketing campaigns, copy them to a CMS Marketing workspace.

          Required Editions

Available in: Account Engagement Growth, Plus, Advanced, and Premium Editions
          User Permissions Needed
To copy landing pages: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
          1. Open the Landing Pages page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Marketing | Landing Pages | Landing Pages.
            • In the Lightning app, select Content and then Landing Pages.
          2. Select the landing pages that you want to copy.
            • To copy an individual landing page, click gear icon next to it, and select Copy to CMS.
            • To copy multiple landing pages, select the landing pages, and from the dropdown under the table, select Copy to CMS. And then click Go.

If a landing page includes a form, the form isn’t copied with the landing page. However, you can copy an individual form to CMS separately.

When the copy is complete, you receive a confirmation email.

When you copy a landing page, be aware that the folder permissions in Account Engagement don’t transfer to the CMS workspace.

Also, if you notice missing HTML tags in your copied landing pages, contact Salesforce Customer Support to add the HTML tags to our internal allow list.
