            Connect Account Engagement to Data 360

            To ingest your prospect engagement data, connect your Account Engagement business units to Data 360.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Account Engagement
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a list: Account Engagement Administrator or Marketing role
            To create a segment:

            One of these permission sets:

            • Data Cloud Architect
            • Data Cloud Activation Manager
            • Data Cloud Activation Specialist
            Note

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Data Cloud.
            2. Under Account Engagement, select Data Cloud Integration.
            3. Click Get Started.
            4. Add the Account Engagement business units that you want to connect to the Selected Business Unit column, and then click Done.
              You can only connect business units that are associated with your Data 360 instance. You can add or remove business units later.

            After your business units are connected, prepare and ingest Account Engagement data into Data 360.
