          Configure the Data 360 Connector in Account Engagement

          After you create your Data 360 instance, connect to Account Engagement to drive calculated insights and create segments in Data 360.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To configure the Data 360 Connector: Account Engagement Administrator role
          1. Open the Connectors page.
            • In Account Engagement, select Admin and then select Connectors.
            • In the Lightning app, select Account Engagement Settings and then Connectors.
          2. Edit the Data 360 connector settings.
          3. For ingestion, choose a Lookback Date that's up to 2 years before today.
          4. Save the connector.
          5. After you create and deploy your data streams, return to the Account Engagement Data 360 connector, and then click Resume Sync.

          After you configure the Data 360 connector in Account Engagement, add your business unit to Data 360.
